Hi all not sure if this is fibro related as still waiting on final diagnosis which is taking ages due to a shortage of consultants in our area ! I have severe pain in the front of both knees like I have been struck across both knee caps with an iron bar or something, hurts when I walk, rest, drive pretty much anything really been same for several days now alongside all my usual aches and pains but this is more severe, maybe coincidence but knee pain was my first symptom last year which the progressed to all other areas, any thoughts?

Knee pain
Also they are very tender and feel swollen sort of on the inside if that makes sense , crazy as it sounds can't bear to wear my skinny jeans today as they hurt my knees!
Hi
If it's any consolation it took me 30 years to get my formal diagnosis 😁 and I know a lot of people here on the forum have also waited decades.
I have leg knee and thigh pain. My GP looked at my left knee last month and said it was not swollen and put it down to my Fibro.
Just something else to add to the long list of symptoms that make up Fibro.
Gentle hugs
Lu xx

I also have severe knee pain, diagnosed just recently with Arthritis and a Meniscus tear in my right knee, attending Physio at the moment. Beleive It or not I was advise to use an exercise bike. The bike is fabulous, It helps strenghten the knee without putting too much preasure on It xxx
