It helped me some but it was mainly range of motion.

IF we think of I like a child it is only 14 sleeps. Mind you it seems to be more like 365 sleeps when you are so stiff and in pain. I know I had to wait 2 months and it seemed like eternity then it was another month fora referral to someone else and it just seems endless. The only thing that kept me go going was that I was actually on the list to have some help. Please let us know how you get on when you do get the appointment.x

Hi Crackers1

I am so genuinely sorry to read of how upset you are about your wait for physiotherapy, and I sincerely hope that the time passes quickly for you. I want to genuinely and sincerely wish you all the best of luck with your physiotherapy when you start it. I personally went a couple of years ago and still do my exercises daily now!

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken
