I’m having physio for arthritis in my right knee my legs are permanently sore I told them that the Exercise makes my fibro pain worse she says you should be doing exercising for fibromyalgia they never quite get it do they, I find I have painful two days after exercise, I like to walk although very slowly and not for long she says to cut back on the walking, one of the exercises is standing from sitting Position without holding onto anything I understand when they say build muscle strength to protect the Arthritic bones .
