Our pound.

Hiya guys this is our pound which is so relaxing. It has a water fall as well keeps me Shane .makes me want to pee more though.lol.

This is all done in an 18x 30 metres garden. How this happen many years ago was sat in garden one day when my husband now not then said he always wanted a pound, but x wife wouldn't let him. So I went inside said to his lads 13/16 do you want a pound yes was the answer so I went to shed go two spades out and said here dig one out then.

So now we have a pound and that was about 15 years ago.

My parents had a pond with carp. The fish used to keep us entertained for ages as they can be so cheeky ☺️

Ponds are the best relaxing feature in a garden if you don't have a terrier that insist on swimming in it It looks beautiful and I hope it brings you pleasure for many more years to come

I am envious, we are trying a self build so at the minute I am living in a field which eventually will be a garden. A water feature would be lovely to have again

Ho that must be real hard I wouldn,t like to try anything like that at all, you must be brave.

I had fun 15 years ago watching my husband and son,s dig one of the lads was so pathetic our dog did better but it gave us a laugh at the time.

How do you manage with fibromayia and that I don't know.

I use to do all the decorating and loved it but not any more , some days I find it hard enough to keep awake well you might not call it a wake just lately I feel like I am on the inside looking out not all together there if I was trying to help build it would be the house that jack built.

Brave or stupid I think the trick will be to pay to get the heavy work done and do what I cancan and hope for the best. We have planned to have it done by our retirement so we have axfew years yet, so take it slow

its beautiful. I used to keep cold water fish indoors, had a large tank. I adore black moors and chocolate orandas....... I named them all and loved watching them grow into bigger fish over the years. enjoyed watching them x
