Hi all, hope you are as well as you can be.

For me fibro gets worse in the summer, i don't know why. But this year my knees and legs are so painful and sore. All the soft tissue around the knees is tender and very painful to touch, some swelling at times too. Its very painful to kneel or bend and the stairs are a problem too. Also very tight thigh muscles and to top it off lots of nasty shooting pains through these areas. I'm doing all my stretches which helps but then half an hour later everything is tight again. Anyone else having the same problems? any tips?

Hi, my knee's,legs and ankles seem to be getting worse to only the last month or so.... It sucks! I put pillow under my knees when relaxing that helps. Hope your ok tho bless ya. Maybe a cool wet flannel over the knees could help? X

hi Keeleybee, thanks for the reply, I do the cushion under the knees thing too you have to try everything you can with this horrid fibro, I'll try the cool flannel, sounds soothing. Hope your pain eases soon . X
