I don't know whether you know much about fibro but it is certainly worth visiting our mother site FibroAction as it has some really good information.

Alot of people first come on the site when they have not been diagnosed as they are searching for answers to all their strange symptoms. I am glad that you have got a diagnosis of it as at least it gives you a good base to work from. Do you have any other health problems which make your fibro harder to deal with?x

Lovely to meet you, I think you have joined what I consider to be the most informed, supportive and safe forum that there is for fibo. As rosewine has said, we are a friendly bunch and like to have a bit of laughter too along he way if we can - some of us find it releases feel good endorphins, which can do no harm, but potentially good 😀

I wonder if you would like to join me and come and post on one of our lovely administrators' - Ginsing's - post which starts "Morning all" and is just two behind your post on the forum. We would very much like to make you feel at home here and we have some fun things happening later 😃😃

Oh I'm so so pleased that talking with like minded people is helping a bit, it's done marvels for me since I joined over three years ago now.

Technology ...... If someone had told me I'd have an iPad and almost be surgically attached to it I would never have believed them, but the more you use he technology the easier it does become, if I can do it, anyone can 😃😃👍

Big welcome to you pop31960 .I do not post on here very often ,but always read the comments that has been posted. Was diagnosed in October and left not knowing much about fibro .I have found great comfort in this warm and friendly group and no that there is always a friendly ear if needed.
