Worst night ever

Woke this morning and really didn't know who I was,I was just blank,sounds untrue but please believe me as I woke looked around and wondered where I was,my pain was at it's worst yesterday just wondering if that had anything to do with it,it was very scary and don't ever want to go through it again xxxx

Is it possible that you overdid the pain relief, I find if I take it to maximum amount on a bad day it has an odd effect. You should certainly see your GP about this. xx

Hi Georgiegirl, that must have been scary. it's always worth discussing any new symptoms with your gp.

Is it possible you had had a deep sleep and maybe not fully awake? I've woken up in the bathroom and not remembered getting there, yet lights are on inc. my bedside lamp, it's like auto-pilot.

That sounds really scary! Have you made an appt with your gp? If not I'd highly recommend it as anything new like this really does need to be seen to asap.

I could imagine that was very scary. It sounds as though you were somehow startled out of a very deep sleep and I am sure that could make you very disoritentated. If you have any peculiar symptoms I think it would be best to have a word with your GP. Hope it doesn't happen again.x
