I hate moaning but now I,m going to, I wish that my hands didn,t hurt so much. Some times they are very cold ,and some times burning and always painful. OK thats my moan for today.

I am so sorry to read that you are suffering in this way, and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this issue. I find that the cold weather give mine a terrible burning sensation, it really is so unpleasant.

I sincerely hope that they feel more like their usual self again soon.

Hi, great hand warmer that I use is a Zippo hand warmer, fill it up in the morning last up to 18 hours comes with a little bag you need this otherwise it can get very warm. Amazon sell these for about £12-14. fits nicely in your pocket.

Oh my hands are awful too. So miserable isn't it. I bought a paraffin wax bath which helps, and compression gloves too. My pain is caused by tendon tears tho, as I have EDS not fibro but I reckon the wax bath would help any hand pain.

Join the club. Sorry your hands hurt. Mine are constantly burning feels like my tendons are too short

Sorry to hear that you are in so much pain with your hands. Have you mentioned this to your GP as some of the symptoms you seem to be having are the same as those for Raynauld's Syndrome - it is just a thought. I get alot of pain in my hands but mine is mostly caused by osteoarthritis which I have in all my fingers but I also have mild Raynauld's which causes my fingers to react in a similar way to yours in cold weather. x
