Hey i keep getting a constant pain in my left leg cant even sit down without it hurting and the bottom of my heal is in agong

Sitting with feet up eases the pain a little for me hope you can find some relief from your pain.

Me too, legs up and try ice pack on lower back or heat pack sometimes have to use both to confuse my system. Best of luck, know too welll how unpleasant this is

I am so sorry to read that you are suffering in this way, and I genuinely hope that you find the answers that you are looking for. I was wondering if you have pain management medications that you could use? Or are they not workign for you?

if this problem persists or gets any worse, it really would be best to discuss the issue with your GP, just to rule anything else out and to keep your doctor up to date with what is happening for you.

Hi Chrissy, I had the same pain and it was coming from a ruptured disk in my lower back. It's hard to know what's fibromyalgia and what's something else. I know the older I get the more symptoms I have with the fibro and with other issues. You may need to get an MRI if it keeps on giving you so much trouble.
