ATOS question

Morning all,

Hope you're having as good a day as you can. I wondered if anybody could help? I received a form from ATOS to complete but now that they have terminated their contract I don't know if I should actually complete and return to them?? Can anybody help at all?

Morning I suspect you had better fill it in anyway.

The system may be modified with new controlling agents so they will possible have to pick up where ATOS have left it.

So fill it in send it off -keep a copy - and send it registered mail so you have a date for your copy going,

Do your best filling it in I am sure the information will be useful anyway.

Good morning Lynzard the pip are still doing assessments but they are far behind with their work thats why people like me and others are waiting to be assessed

I totally agree with everyone, fill it in, keep a copy and if you need any help at all, go to the CAB and they are good at filling them in. They will be processed by someone if not ATOS then by the DWP or whoever is replacing ATOS.

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? I certainly would fill them in and carry on as usual, as sooner or later their replacement will be handed everything and they will pick up the pieces of what ATOS have left!

Hi Lynzard yes fill it in with great care its worded quite different to recent forms, keep a copy as others have said. Don't expect to hear anything asap I waited 6mnths for a reply, then I'd to go for assessment and have been awaiting a reply for 5wks now which is doing my head in. Hope everything goes ok good luck. Fill the form in , ATOS are working till the end of the year , have you got a welfare rights person who goes to your surgery , or do you have access to one at a CAB , then let them assist you in filling out the form , this governments welfare plans are going up in smoke , there should be a million people on this new universal credit , there is just over 3,000 , but the misery and deaths they have caused is diabolical , and they still preach Human Rights , but their own disabled people don't count .
