Has anyone ever received a hand written note with their form asking you to ring to get the address to send it back too??

ATOS question
It sounds a bit 'iffy' and unprofessional to say the least but then we are dealing with ATOS. I would recommend you contact benefitsandwork.co.uk and ask their advice. Sorry, I cannot give you a more definite answer. S x
I find this very strange... but not impossible!! I would have thought most letters would have been computer generated & therefore printed. I'd telephone to confirm this communication - as well as asking you to ascertain an address have they asked you a question? Just seems a bit daft not to enclose the address for your benefit but then again, as I said, this is not impossible, after all the DWP/ATOS don't seem capable of being helpful on any level.
Wishing you well. xx
normally, they enclose a return envelope. ring your local benefits office and check it out.
Hi sharonissexy
I don't have these kinds of benefits, but it does sound suspect to me? I would check out the link that Sandy247 sent you? Or ring your local DWP for advice.
All my hopes and dreams for you
