Good morning Gins. How are things with you on this lovely sunny day. Heres hoping that you also have the sun. To help brighten the day and of caurse it hides behind a cloud. My old man can relate to the getting up early to ease the pain. Where as I get my best sleep after he has got up and I can spread out. He takes up too much room.
I too hate the sound of the wind, I grew up on the edge of the clent hills. our house was overlooking the fields with very little street lighting and I always found as a child that the sound of the wind was scary. I never out grew it. tinnitus can sometimes be a blessing. I can no longer hear that horrid spooky wind. hugs sue
Hi Sue,
I find tinnitus makes mine louder
noises become roaring lions
Have a good day and yes it is sunny

I love snuggling in bed with black cat and whippet and hearing the wind howling around the house. And like horses find that I am a tad more frisky as long as it doesn't blow me over.
Hate it hate it hate it. so you can imagine what I was like in a trailer tent with the wind wooshing up the valley from the sea. during a gale it sounded like a steam train coming ,,and then it was oh heeelp were going over luckily we survived without any damage.sue
Well Gins the sun didn`t last ..but I don`t think anyone on the weather site have been told, local radio have just anounced that it is going to stay dry for the rest of the day ? Look out of a window will you. It`s peeing down
Hi gins
I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you can be today? I am so sorry to read that you have sleep problems, as I understand only too well how unsettling sleep problems are. I sincerely hope that you can manage to get a really good pain free sleep tonight.
Take care my friend

Hi gins, I used to have the same problem as you.If I woke up, I had to get up straight away. No wonder we're always so tired! Now I have the opposite problem. Since I've been on duloxetine (3 years now) I need 3 alarm clocks to get me out of bed. I still get very tired in the evenings & often I'm in bed by 9.30, but at least I get a good night's sleep & I've got more energy in the daytime. I don't feel at all drowsy once I'm up, its just those first few moments when I'm still half asleep so I can ignore the alarm clocks screaming at me!
As for the sound of the wind, I love it! It reminds me of the night we camped on the Isle of Skye & when we woke up everyone else on the campsite was sheltering in the toilet block & ours was the only tent left standing. Mind you, Idoubt I'll love it so much when our builder gives us the bill for the 5 fence panels that came down last week!
