I had to fill out a forum in may but it seemed the same as last years one. so I don't know if it was different or old one

this has a last page specific to cancer. I haven't read it yet, but the benefit & works guide is slightly different for this one.

the letter only mentions filling them in so I can be considered for "converting to ESA". I'm already in esa support group so I'm puzzled. I'll ring on monday.

I filled one in jun '13 , didnt seem much different to me , had no reply as yet tho..

How do you know what has happened I sent mine back in June, I have had a letter from DWP saying due to my recent change in circumstances there will be no change in my payment.

Yes, it's called a Review..as I was told.. Not sure how it can be any difference than an assesment to be honest!!

Back on the stress wheel..one of the main causes of making the symptoms worse
