Not getting emails again.

I started getting summaries but they've stopped again. Is this happening to others? The only way I keep up is when they're linked in a weekly digest to my emails.

It might be an idea to send an email to [e-mail] and let them know about the problems you are having. I think most of the problems they had after the platform change have been overcome, so maybe it's just a glitch.

Oh good, I'm so pleased. I think there are just the odd hiccup in any system, lets hope it is all back to normal for you now

I am also having problems with emails! If I'm on my computer then I don't have a problem but before the change over I had no problem with the emails via my mobile phone, now I hardly get any and its frustrating as I can open all my other emails via my mobile!! Any idea's please? Aisha x

Sorry to hear this Aisha. I seem to be getting them again but the digests come sometimes but not always which is frustrating because I find those helpful to keep tabs on what's going on. x

Morning I dont think this is right and you should go on the Health unlocked sight find the place you send messages and send one to the techdivision. If it is the fault of the site the will help.

\have you checked your own email links to see what they are tied into. It will say for example on your accounts page there is a place it should be written.
