Not as good as I thought but getting there.

Well the temperature stayed down and I had a bowl of soup. I had a reasonable nights sleep ( thanks to Gabapentin and cocodomol) woke up soaked and full of muck but I think things are on the move. So glad it is Sunday. Luv you all xxxxxxxx

Its a bit of a ****** isn't it I can remember so well seeming to take 6 steps forward and 4-5 back thinking I was going loopy, but thats for another day!!! Lol............. no its all to do with the path we tread with Fibro and other illnessess.

Stay Positive and keep warm if your cold and cool if your hot!!!!

Hi,yes, it is frustrating, but I suppose it is something we all get used to. I am defo feeling better today (loopy is my middle name or it feels like it is :-))

Staying positive is hard at times as you know but once this awful cold/bug has gone i will be back on track (I hope).
