Morning Tony,
Have you been to a podiatrist they may be able to help. Sometimes changing your shoes to ones with special insoles can make the world of difference - well I found relief from ankles and heels so maybe you will be lucky. Best wishes xgins
Hi,
I had similar problems but my GP referred me to the Podiatry unit at the hospital and they really helped. I have custom made orthotics which they provided and advice on the best footwear from my problems. Worth trying `I think.

Hi my little toes hurt also the ball of my left foot has been uncomfortable for ages every time I put on any footwear it feels like there is a lump in my shoe or slipper and have checked dozens of times, but can't get to the bottom of my foot lol, hope you get it sorted on, ....Dee x
Hi all had a similar problem a few months ago felt like I had a stone in my shoe it was very painfully to put my foot to the floor it got worse. My doctor sent me to physio it turned out to be plantar fasciitis he gave me some really simple excersizes which worked fairly quickly still have a slight problem but I do the excersizes and it one away hope this is helpfully
I do too have had pain in my feet and specially some of my toes. Only about three days ago I got only one being so horribly painful, it feels ridiculous that one toe can be so painful but it stops me from walking because when I put it on the floor to walk I get this terrible pins and needles in it - it really makes it difficult to even stand up. I also got the first time not just the pain but the tingling sensation I had read about so many times before and when you feel the tingling it feels as if the toe had swollen too, it's really awkward. I thought in going to the podiatrist years ago when my fb was developing and I was still active, I though it was the way of exercising, but then I stopped being able to do basically do a thing I used to do and enjoy and the pain remained coming back so I just put it down to the fb and forgot about the podiatrist being able to help. Maybe I should give it a go though, it may be worth. I'll ask my gp to refer me. Many Thanks
