womens deo never work for me, I use mens but the most effective is of all things is Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) mix with sudocrem and a massage oil to a paste, make sure you haven't just shaved, if you have use just sudocrem till the next day (which actually works too) I can go 2 days on one application, do some research on the internet 1st but I've been using it for years.

Let me know if you try it and if it works for you.

xx

Don't you find Sudocrem is a devil to wash out of your clothes?! I used to use this cream at work and could never get it out of my uniform. It would be interesting to know how/if you washed it out. . . .?! :) :)

There is a strong aluminium based one that the doctor can prescribe. While I was suffering really bad problems with my hyperthyroidism my GP let me have some so it might be worth having a chat and explaining your problem xxxx

I worry cos when I have an attack I smell like 'curry'. I always apologize but noone seems to notice (esp when I put my dressing gown on!!). I went for years thinking I stunk, but my family assure me I dont. xx

It IS about Fibro hun it is yet another symptom. Dove do one its about £6 can be got in superdrug, Boots and some supermarkets if that does not work speak to the GP as there is a prescription deoderant/ antiperspirant that is available and in EXTREME cases botox under the arms can be prescribed but that is a very very extreme cas

Hi Angie,

I use Mitchum. You can get it in all the supermarkets, it comes in green packaging, you can get it in stick or spray, it works for 48hrs, it doesn't leave any residue, comes in fragranced and non fragranced and doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Hope that helps

happy hugs, kate :)
