Emotional rollercoaster

Out of a month I usually have 4_5 bearable days , last week I flared for 5 and yesterday I woke up couldnt sleep and felt I could do a little , this morning was totally different couldnt wake up and flareing , I cant do anything today , im so sore , its playing tricks with my mind and body , just feel im all over the place xx

So sorry its so bad at the moment but your not on your own. I think these sudden changes in the weather dont help and if the fatigue gets a hold.

But tomorrow is another day and hopefully you will have a better sleep and wake feeling a bit better.

We all in this together. Its a big B.
