Cancelled medicated FET, no bleed, instead ovulated

I posted earlier about my cancelled medicated FET.

The medicated FET was cancelled on day 18 because my body was not absorbing the oestrogen tablets enough and lining wasn’t thickening.

I was told to expect my period within one to two weeks....

I am on day 31 now (13 days after stopping oestrogen) of the same cycle and I did an at home ovulation test and found out that I have an LH surge. I went in for a scan today and blood tests - confirmed that I am about to ovulate!

I was a bit shocked as the doctors didn't explain that this could potentially happen.

Just sharing in case anyone else has had a cancelled medicated FET and is waiting for their bleed...
