Period after cancelled FET

Hi all. I'm just looking for some advice please. We had our medicated FET cancelled this week on day 11 due to a large cyst being seen on the scan. I had been taking 12mg of progynova a day which I stopped on Monday. No other meds.What happens next? I seem to have some bleeding today, is that a withdrawal or a very early period? It was a shock on Monday and I forgot to ask the right questions at the clinic

My FET was cancelled last year due to a thin lining. I was on 12mg oestrogen too but I wasn’t just allowed to shop them.. I had to wean them and take 2mg a day for 10 days and then I bled a few days after stopping them altogether. Mine was a normal period x

That's interesting, I had to just stop so maybe that is what is causing the bleeding. Definitely not turned into a normal period for me yet.

I'm in the same boat, on day 11 of taking progynova I bled so heavy it went through a pad and my clothes I called my clinic out of hours number and they said to stop medication immediately, and I have to call my clinic tomorrow to find out next steps. Not sure what happened as scan and blood tests on day 10 were fine.

I've been wondering if it affects your next period too, my last period was 42 days late!

It's so frustrating having these drawbacks all the time isn't it?

Goodness that sounds awful with the bleeding! I hope you got some good advice from the clinic.

I've been told to wait for my next period and have a scan for next steps, possibly to do natural IVF. It's never ending!
