caster oil packs during protocol for FET

Hi all, I have been using daily caster oil packs on my pelvis region, which helps with the pain of my adenomyosis and also my thin uterine lining.

I am starting my meds for my next FET in two days time and I was wondering does anyone know if I am able to use caster oil packs still during my protocol for a FET please? I am on oestrogen and aspirin to start and then adding in progesterone and antibiotics closer to FET?

Thank you so much xx

Hi - I understood you were NOT supposed to do castor oil packs after ovulation when preparing for an FET. But I am no expert - I just take my advice from others ;) aimeeraupp.com/get-pregnant.... Good luck with your treatment xx
