Hi everyone, so had my day 9 scan yesterday. Not amazing but as expected with my low amh ( have two big follicles at 12+/ five at 10+ which will hopefully catch up!) But as normal my lining is thin ( about 6 ) so I'm currently on... 1 avocado a day, lots of whole milk, ridiculous amount of fruit and veg, spriulina for protein ( I'm a vegetarian), Brazil nuts, raspberry leaf tea , pomegranate juice, kefir , ubiquinol q10 (200mg) folic acid, DHA, vit e &d.
I've been reading about caster oil packs and L'Arginine? How do I do oil packs and how often? Also how much L'Arginine to take but prob bit late now
Thanks lovelies xxx

You soak the flannel in the oil - but not so it’s dripping and then lay it straight on your lower abdomen with a tea towel on top followed by the hot water bottle.
Make sure the heat from the bottle is heating up the flannel (so don’t use a thick tea towel) as you need the skin to absorb the oil. I sometimes would put the bottle straight on the flannel once it’s cooled down a bit. Lay there and relax for 40 mins and afterwards rub the remaining oil on your abdomen in ☺️ I did them every night until transfer day.
It’s sooo relaxing! But it’s also very messy so make sure you have some old pjs or something to wear. I used bicarbonate of soda to clean it off as castor is so thick 🤦🏻♀️
I meant to say you can use the flannel up to 30 times so pop in a bag & leave in fridge in between xx
Hi Kath, I had L-arginine before my FET last Friday and took 750 mg. I did not increase my dosage as it gave me skin rashes. According to It starts with the egg, you can take 6 g daily. Good luck with your cycle!
Did they say if you had a good structure (triple line)? My clinic are happy to transfer on 6 if it is a good structure, but I understand your concern... you still have a few days to catch up so keep the faith xx
