As in you're concerned what you're taking could impact implantation and development if you had fertilisation naturally, as these are what you have been taken to improve egg quality? Or worrying you're not taking enough or the right things? My clinic and midwives said vit D and folic acid was all that was needed for pregnancy. But I think I kept.on what I'd been on for collection and swapped fish based omegas to plant based as I read something about the former having higher vit a which you're not meant to have much of, but actually I think it may have just been cod liver oil that you were meant to avoid. I didn't get the memo about stopping ubiquinol and carried on with that throughout and it was fine, although I think it's one of those not proved as safe during pregnancy one.
My clinic advises taking pregnancy vitamins during TWW (normal vitamins can have concentrations that are too high, i.e. above the daily needed intake) and no ubiquinol as it may negatively affect implantation or the embryo. I took pregnancy vitamins and vitamin D spray during my TWWs. Very best of luck!
