Ovaleap

Does anyone have any experience of switching from ovaleap to menopur and what were the results like if so? Thank you xx

Been on ovaleap so far. Produced 5 eggs cycle one and 7 eggs cycle two. AMH 10, I'm 38. We have known male factor and using surgically extracted sperm. Anyone switched from ovaleap to either of these drugs and had success?

I was first put on letrozole for 3 cycles which did not help me ovulate, before moving onto injections (Ovaleap). I'm on the wait list for IVF but Dr said I can do ovulation induction while I wait.

I have been injecting ovaleap for 5 days and now have to inject ovamex in the morning and ovaleap at night. The ovamex is a pre filled injection. Did you have to get any air bubbles out of the syringe?

Hi lovely ladies, Has anyone taken menopur and ovaleap on a short protocol before? I had my first follicle scan today and I had 13 follicles showing, 8 follicles which where leading and 5 follicles tailing behind.

hi all. I’m 5 days into my first round of IVF (secondary infertility). Just wondered if anyone else has been getting a lot of cramps during stimulation? I’m also sooo tired but I don’t know how much of it is in my imagination! Any other fun side effects to warn me of? Obviously I’ve read the info from

Just wondering if anyone else has experience of irritability with ovaleap. I'm on my 2nd cycle. Last cycle had down regulation with norethisterone, which caused huge mood swings. This cycle I have not so I know more of how I'm feeling.

Been taking ovaleap for 7 days total so far. So I have around 10 small follicles and about 6 that are larger in size and I’ve been told they want to keep me on injections for a couple more days to wait for the larger ones to grow. I’m going back to get scanned again in two days time.

I was previously on Ovaleap, which produced 18 eggs but had low fertilisation rates. Has anyone had better results using Meriofert? Thanks all

Continued on my 225 ovaleap and 0.5 ovamex and 2 days later I have and 11, 10 3x 9.5 and lots of 8.5's. My specialist told us to cancel the cycle as I'm not responding. Bit I asked to continue until monday(another3 days). We have to pay and pick up more meds and I get rescanned on Monday morning.

Hi ladies (age 39, AMH 19.8, male factor infertility) Just had my egg collection this morn and feeling confused and disappointed:( First time round was ovaleap 225, we got 11 follicles and 7 eggs Second time they upped my stims to 300 menpur saying they wanted "to get as many eggs as possible" However

I contacted my clinic but they were not concerned and told me to start my stims yesterday, ovaleap 375 dose. I am still lightly bleeding today... which worries me. I do have a small fibroid at the top of my uterus.... could that be the source of the bleeding? Did anyone else experience this?

The long protocol didn't work for ( see my previous post , I used Ovaleap) me but the short one worked for now- after a week 6 follicles were found, they are not very big but growing and in 3 days I am having my next scan to see that are the sizes. I used Overleap again and this time it worked.

How did people respond to ovaleap and how does dosage compare to menapur . Previous 2 cycles 225 menopur- 6 eggs (age 38) 150 menopur (double dose first few days) increased to 225 day 8 - 7 eggs - 2 embryos (lg and MMC)- age 39 I’m now 41, pcos and amh 28.1 (decrease from 70.1)

So my second IVF cycle started in April and this time one of the medication changed and I had Clomid, Ovaleap and Fyremadel.

I have started ovaleap stimulation injections but bleeding now after 3rd day is this normal ? Any advice

I am on day 5 of taking ovaleap (dose 375 - evening) and day 1 (morning) of taking ganirelix. I was feeling ok until now. From about 7pm today, I keep seeing watery brown blood discharge on the toilet paper, and it is more than just spotting. My abdomen hurts a little bit.

I felt a bit gutted as this is my second round of IVF and with a protocol change (using a blend of ovaleap and meriofort) I was hoping for something more.

They said I have one more attempt and that this time will start with Ovaleap straigth away. I asked if Menapur is not better option and they said that I need to decide! How can I decide when I don't know. Is there someone who was in a similar situation?

We had a private round last year on 375 Ovaleap AM and PM and retrieved 4 eggs, 3 of which fertilised but abnormally so didn’t get to transfer. Got down regulated with one injection on the bum!!
