Hi Dear,

You don’t have to lie down after transfer as your embryo will be very far in to your cervix. You can go to use the toilet straight after as you will want to with a full bladder.

I did all of the old wives tales, I had McDonald’s fries after 🤭 acupuncture session then rested at home. I’m currently in my 2ww and I’ve been eating pineapple including the core, drinking beetroot juice, lots of water and continuing to have a balanced diet and daily short walks.

I’ve been continuing with the medication provided by the hospital (estradiol and cyclogest pessaries) and the only supplement I’m taking as recommended by the doctor is folic acid. You can ask them if it’s ok to continue taking any supplements you’re still having after transfer.

Good luck and all the best for today xx 💕

good luck today 🤗 you don’t have to do anything at all (you are already doing more than enough!!) just relax and enjoy the moment of having the little embryo on board for a at least a few days before thinking of anything else 💜Enjoy a lovely summers weekend xx

Very best of luck! I Hope it's a sticky one :) As others have said, you have done everything already. You can treat yourself to some MacDonalds or other fries after the transfer for good luck! I indulged in Nando's after my second FET, which was the one that worked.

hello lovely and good luck!

You don’t have to do anything - ofc continue taking your medications as per doctor’s advice.

I remember I peed right after transfer and walked home (40 mins walk). I did stop strong exercise during the first trimester but I kept walking for the entire duration of it.

Good luck again and lots of baby dust 💙

immediately after transfer I used the bathroom and everything was fine. I did eat something after on the way home and was placed on bed rest the day of transfer until the next day. No lifting over 10lbs and don’t strain your abdominal muscles. Take it easy. You can go on a brisk walk but nothing crazy.

I am now 11 weeks 3 days 💕

Good luck. After transfer you might be advised to stop vitamin E and omega 3 especially if on blood thinners.

Yes I am in blood thinners but they did not say to stop anything. I am taking vitamin Ee complex, pragnacare, omaga 3 , asprin 75mg , optibac women

I was on inhixa and told to stop vitamin E and omega 3. You need to double check this with aspirin. Aspirin is another blood thinner. Omega 3 and vitamin E thin blood as well.

pregnacare and optibac are fine. Vitamin E is just to thicken lining for transfer.
