Amlodipine v. L-Arginine

so ought I to avoid taking L-Arginine, as a supplement , which would also have a B-P lowering effect? I would like to overcome my ED without using Blue Pills, you see.

Why watermelon is good for us

Only 6.8% of U.S. adults have optimal cardiometabolic health, while an estimated 47 million have cardiometabolic disorders Watermelon contains L-citrulline and L-arginine, which are nitric oxide (NO) precursors; NO helps relax blood vessels and widen arteriesConsuming watermelon juice attenuates reductions

Opinions of this supplement please

Can anyone advise as to a better source for L-Arginine and L-Citruline combo without other additives? I've been taking this for awhile and recently heard that Folate (folic acid) is bad for us. Thanks

Low-carb diet - ketogenesis - PSADT

The iridoid loganic acid and anthocyanins from the cornelian cherry (Cornus mas L.) fruit increase the plasma l-arginine/ADMA ratio and decrease levels of ADMA in rabbits fed a high-cholesterol diet.

Prep for FET (thin lining)

For people who took/take vitamin E and L-Arginine supplements to prep for a FET (thin lining issues here!) when did you start to take these? I can't quite remember what I did last time but I'm pretty sure I started vitamin E before my cycle and maybe started L-Arginine from day 1.

L-arginine

Did anyone take L-arginine on the lead up to FET and during the TTW? Did you continue it after positive test result? Or did you stop taking it? I think I should stop but I’m just not sure….. I had a faint positive line this morning, 8dp5dt.

Want to mange this thing!

Not sure about l-arginine. I have Apple Watch, find it useful, fairly accurate and use it all the time (without becoming stressed). Have sent traces to cardio and he is impressed. EP suggested I get Apple Watch, but it was on my agenda (had to wait until May for it to be available in Australia).
