Beginning of March we will be putting one of our frozen embryos (blastocysts). I wanted to ask any advice on how to prepare for this. My main concern is implantation and what are the must do’s and dont’s before transferring one of these precious embryos inside me. They have had genetic testing and most came back healthy. I would hate to lose a pregnancy just because it didn’t implant properly (progesterone/endometrium etc)
Any advice is highly appreciated!
🙏🏼 thank you

Hey, just wanted to wish you luck! Your clinic will keep on you right on when the correct time is for your optimum lining. They will be looking for a certain thickness and a trilaminar picture on ultrasound, also called triple lined. With regards to progesterone they will also have their own protocol and you can have your levels tested the day before transfer. Athens Dr's in general are pretty well clued up with IVF and will do their best for you lovely, try not to worry!xx
Thank you big relief. All so scary when it’s the first time especially! Will meet with my doctor in the next few days to discuss all so want to know what I’m saying! How are you feeling ? Any news?
