Thoughts around meds

Hi everyone, hope you’re all doing well. I started my third cycle last Thursday taking meriofert in am and Bemfola in pm. I was doing oestrogen priming for about two weeks prior to that as I have low AMH and stage 4 endometriosis on the ovaries. Due to timing on the Thursday with scan and bloods I only took meriofert that day, then Friday, Saturday and Sunday both lots. Today I went in for second scan and no real change in size of follicles (I have 6). They said my FSH is high so they asked me to stop the meds and go back Friday to see if any difference and then maybe I can start meds again. My thoughts are would there be that much change in a few days normally? I just feel confused why they’ve stopped me so soon and started to lose faith.
