I rang my clinic on Tuesday 28th sept, to inform them that my period was here and that I have started my progynova meds (3 per day) they booked me in for a scan on 26th October.
I feel that this is too long away 🤷♀️ Surely i should be going in before that for a check up? Also I havnt had any more meds given yet just the progynova.

Hey, obviously not everyone has the same protocols but that scan date does sound quite far away.. I had day one for FET cycle last Friday, started elleste solo on Saturday just gone, am also on fyremadol and have a scan on Monday next week, so about 10 days from starting the meds to see what's going on inside. Maybe just have a chat with them for some reassurance?
I’ve just started my meds today for my FET and my scan is booked for the 13th Oct. I’d check with the clinic or at least get a view as to why so long. Best of luck cycle buddy xx
As others have said, I’ve always had a scan around 10/11 days after starting Progynova so I’d definitely check back with your clinic. Good luck lovely xxx
You can put it under your tongue but it will take time to dissolve because of the coating. There’s another medication called estrace, small blue pill without coating, that dissolve fast and better to take under tongue for absorption. But with progynova you just swallow it with water.
Yeah I think they’ve given you the wrong date. It should max be about 2 weeks after the start of your period. And normally around days 8-10 they check the lining of your womb. And then plan the transfer. Definitely chase it up as it sounds wrong. Don’t worry about other meds yet they’ll give them when you need them
Hi J3nna , not sure if this helps but i got my period 17th September, ovulated yesterday, Wednesday, on day 13 (super early, usually it's day 19) and they predict Tuesday or Wednesday next week (5th or 6th October) for a day 6 frozen embryo transfer. Hopefully that helps you workout your timelines? Mine is a non-medicated cycle (apart from hcg shots post-transfer as luteal support). Good luck lovely 😘😘xxx
