Bemfola

I've a friend in another clinic with an AMH of 1 and she used 450 bemfola and had quite a good result. I know I should listen to the clinic but I kinda feel it's a lot of money just to be throwing the same protocol at it.

Hello has anyone had experience of using the Bemfola dose no higher than 150iu for IVF treatment.

It's my first round of IVF and I'm on day 3 of Bemfola 300/day. I feel pretty strange... tired, bit nauseous, spaced out and I've been to the toilet more times than usual. Is this normal? What side effects do other people have?

I have been taking cetrotide for 6 days now at 7am and I accidentally, for some unbeknown reason, took it again at 7pm this evening instead of my Bemfola… I rang the clinic out of hours and they said to take Bemfola tonight and cetrotide again in the morning and not to panic, however I will now be an

I had my first monitoring scan this morning, cycle day 6, day 5 of 150IU Bemfola. The Dr said she could see plenty of follicles and was happy with the numbers but the growth was a little slower than she’d like. She kept reading out the numbers 5 and 6 which I assume were the follicle sizes.

Hi, I'm taking fertility drugs. 150 Menopur and 150 Bemfola in the evening. I have horrible brain fog and making mistakes at work as I can't think. Is there anything I can do? Thanks

Hi folks, has anyone here got any experience with Bemfola? I'm currently on day 2 of stims so I've just taken my second dose. As I'm in 225 IU I am doing two jabs- a 150 and a 75 pen.

It’s day 3, on suprecur in the morning and bemfola 450mg at night With halfway scan in 5 days time I am feeling very very emotional and sore head and very bloated feel a bit like I’m going mad! Any tips on how to cope or what to expect? thanks in advance you lovely lot xxx

They upped my dose from 375 Bemfola to 450 in hopes we’ll get more growth but they didn’t sound hopeful. And down regulated me with the syranel spray. So, I’m expecting the cycle to be cancelled and wondering if they’ll offer a redo or is that out only cycle over?!

I was initially on 75iu of Meriofert and 150 bemfola. They reduced the bemfola to 75 and now for my last day I have been told not to do the Bemfola. I am high risk for OHSS. Today in the scan she said there was a tiny bit of fluid in the cavity.

They want me to start my ivfmeds on a specific date this week which means I'll be day 8 of my menstrual cycle when I started Injecting bemfola .

On my third day of Bemfola injections but the pen just leaked out of the cap whilst injecting. It clicked in to place as instructed, haven’t had this issue previously but I think v little if any actually went in. Should I do a second injection or just carry on?

Long protocol, ivf, 300 bemfola, 13 eggs retrieved, 11 mature, 2 fertilised, transferred day 3. BfN 💔 2nd round (private jan 2022) - age 40, amh retested at 16.7, short protocol plus isci, 225 gonal f, 10 eggs retrieved, 7 fertilised, 2 x 3BB, 1 x 2BB frozen due to high oestrogen levels.

hi my names Jess I’m 29 (low amh) I’ve recently started my ivf treatment I’m on day 3 of bemfola pens 450 dose. Day 1 small leak, day 2 no leak day 3 quite a big leak. I’ve been told to click the pen in do not twist but other blogs/videos seem to say to twist.

hi, I’ve accidentally started my bemfola injection on cycle day 1 instead of 2, has anyone else done this ? I feel like Ive completely ruined my IVF treatment :(

hey I just had a day 7 scan was supposed to be tomorrow but brought forward due to bemfola pen leaking out. Considering I started off with 8 follicals and low amh 4.9 for my age 2. Are these scan results any good? Does anyone know if the 8 & 7mm are likely to catch up?

Next cycle, the doctor suggested upping Bemfola from 225 to 300ui. ICSI will be used this time in order to select the highest quality sperm possible. They also suggested for me me to try extra progesterone in addition to the pessaries which might help but isn’t funded, it would cost £180.

Hi all, today is day 5 of my Bemfola stims and I had a blood test and ultrasound to check on the status of my follicles.

hi all I wonder if you can advise me please if any of you have taken menopur and bemfola together? when my private clinic did my cost plan, they charged me £1000 just for menopur but when I have gone to collect my prescription I have been given both menopur and bemfola.
