Think I have a positive update ! Tonight will be day 5 of fostimon 226 and Meriofert 75
Just had scan - looking more positive with the left ovary having follicles of 13, 12,11,11,10 and the right 11,7,5,3 so essentially 6 total are growing at a good rate. (Last time I only had 3) Dr wants me to start frymael in the morning (day 6)
However I am just wondering - Can this be too early? It is my understanding that Frymadel Should be started depending on when larger follicles appear. Are they large enough? Will it stop the other meds working as well ?
thanks everyone who’s kind enough to comment and hope everyone is doing ok!

Oh no! With it being Friday it’s tricky. I’ve tried to ring the clinic. I have one more stim injection tonight but I feel like it’s way too early ?! The biggest one is only 13 it’s not going to grow that big over night ???
During our stimulation cycle I was not scanned until day 9, so I will never know how big ours were at that stage. I also started Fyremadel on day 6. I think they said day 5/6. And we got a good number of eggs for egg collection. We had 10, 9 mature and 8 fertilised. 2 developed on to good quality day 5 blastocysts. So we had a drop in numbers, but that did not have to do with injections. Just egg quality I think. But again will never know for certain.
I hope you are ok and I would trust your clinic knows what they are doing! You do right to question, but if you cannot get hold of them, I would take a deep breath and remember this is what they do. They have an interest in good outcomes too for you. 🧡
I wish you all the best with your stim cycle and hopefully you will get some great quality ones! 🤞💫
Hi, just to say I was the exact same as this and had no idea what my follicle count was like when I started fyremadel on day 5 of stims (day 6 of my cycle). Good luck!
