Feeling low

I'm feeling like I'm getting nowhere with my clinic and my latest FET after so many problems and it's really starting to get me down now 😞. My last cycle in Feb was cancelled after my lining when excessively thick and I responded badly to the suprecur and grew loads of cysts. I didn't have a bleed until around 60 days later but even then when I was bleeding so heavy through my clothes and onto furniture, the clinic said it wasn't my lining as it was at 23mm! They eventually booked me in for some biopsies saying my lining was abnormal. They all came back clear so they decided to try putting me on long protocol FET starting suprecur at 21 days which I started last Tuesday but after 9 days of been on it and no bleed I've had lots of pains in my left hand side. I was scanned yesterday and the hospital said nothing appears to be in that side but they noticed how much pain I was in with my back and my mobility isn't grate right now. I've got a chronic back problem that I take medication for, but I take myself off everything for my treatment. They said was it a good idea me proceeding with how much pain I'm in. I just cried as I'm in constant pain every day from my back and my spinal consultant said this will never change, so how could I do my treatment if I was waiting for my pain to go 😢. They said they'd discuss everything in the afternoon and call me, but I've heard nothing from them. I just feel like I'm stuck in limbo right now and like my body is completely failing me in all areas. I just wondered if any of you ladies have problems with chronic pain/disabilities and how have your clinics advised you regarding this? Any advice would be really welcomed 💕xX

I dont have any advice but am sending you a virtual hug ♡.

I have ongoing chronic pain/disability and am also struggling for different reasons.

My clinic havent really addressed it and I havent brought it up but my health issues have had a big impact on my fertility journey.

Thinking of you x

Hi Clover. So, so sorry to hear that all has gone a bit pear-shaped for you. I do feel though that you need to manage your pain alongside your treatment cycle. I am sure you will be safe to do so and pain killers won't interfere with your fertility medication. It seems as if you need longer down regulation, which isn't what you envisaged, but is necessary for you. get your pain killers sorted and carry on. Thinking of you. Diane

Thanks Diane 💕. I really try and stop taking everything when I'm doing treatment, but having such bad pain all day & night really gets me down which I know isn't going to do me any good for my treatment either. I think I might try taking a few of them as there's still a chance this cycle may be cancelled again anyway. the Dr has never bothered contacting me to update since yesterday even though I've called the clinic to chase xX
