Suprecur

It’s day 3, on suprecur in the morning and bemfola 450mg at night With halfway scan in 5 days time I am feeling very very emotional and sore head and very bloated feel a bit like I’m going mad! Any tips on how to cope or what to expect? thanks in advance you lovely lot xxx

I did the long cycle this round so I started suprecur on day 21 and waited for my period to start etc etc but seemed a loooong process. Is it likely I’ll do that again or do they sometimes offer the short cycle following a long cycle? Not sure how it works.

I’m becoming a serial poster 😆 Kinda follows on from my last post… But… I’m interested to know what side effects people did experience from suprecur. I’ve had 2 injections so far and I have like mild food poisoning type of pains in my belly! Is that normal?

Last AMH: 2.2 and FSH: 8.9 and afc: 8 last count Dr added suprecur trigger 2ml with the Gonsai and given me the option of adding clomid into the mix - he said I should research and let him know - he said the downside can be thinning uterus lining for fresh transfer.

Any personal experiences of suprecur for down-regulation? Is it as bad as I’m being told? Also, any tips on how to not take my moods out on those around me 🤪

I’m about to start preps for FET, I’ll be starting suprecur on day 21. Scared! But before I can start I need my period to start! Did anybody find they had a late period through putting pressure on it to arrive? Mother Nature always delays when I want her on time! TYIA x

We are now waiting for day 21 before starting downregulation with suprecur. Anyway, I am SO bloated, like it is not going down, I've obviously gained some weight since starting all of this (normal again, I hope?) but I am already looking 4 months pregnant with this tum I tell ya!

Hello, I’m five days into using suprecur on the long protocol (first time IVFer). I’m expecting my period to arrive next week so I can get booked in for my baseline scan.

Second cycle was looks like short protocol again, with Suprecur and Gonal F, one follicle of req size. Was told with a straight face that we would be extracting and going with the one follicle. I think it is madness to expect a viable pregnancy from one follicle. Am I correct?

The nurse advised me that they have ran out of stock of suprecur and I have the alternative option to use Ganirelix. Have anyone used this alternative and know of any difference or any positives/negatives I may need to think about?

hey I’m due to take my trigger shot tonight Gonasi 5000 along with 2mls of suprecur both to be injected at 9pm. Am I ok to prepare them 5 minutes before so they’re ready to go? Or does it have to be like a minute before 9pm?

I am in process of having treatment at a US clinic and they have advised to add in Buserelin known as Suprecur (GnRH analogue) into my treatment but it is out of stock in the UK. They have suggested several different other options which are either unavailable in the UK or out of stock.

I am mid-way through a cycle and have just tried to collect Buserelin(Suprecur) which I use it as one of my trigger drugs. I've tried 6 pharmacies and nowhere has it in stock as I'm told there is a national shortage! :( Has anyone who uses it as a trigger been offered an alternative?

I'm on Synarel spray this time (was Suprecur previously), and my boobs don't feel like my own. They are super tender which I was expecting, but yesterday I found a couple of lumps on the left side. Is this normal??

I am at high risk of OHSS so will now be using Suprecur as my trigger injection. I picked up the prescription today but they didn’t supply a needle and syringe! What should I do? Where could I get one from? Would I just go to a pharmacy? Thanks in advance!

So after 2 years TTC naturally, and a further 18 months of waiting and testing, I finally started Suprecur nasal spray 11 days ago. We've both been really careful all through covid, and have managed not to get it!

So i've been told to start Suprecur nasal spray on Sunday, and even though this has been a long time coming, I feel slightly unprepared and anxious. I had my AMH tested about a month ago, and they said that we would get an appointment through to discuss results and treatment.
