ERA/Alice feeling awful on the drugs!

Hi ladies,

Hope you’re all well. I’m having the triple biopsy at the end of this month and currently having buserelin and started on the oestrogen tablets last Friday. I feel so headachy each day, sick and just generally rubbish!! Has anyone else had this too on the same protocol? Any tips on how to feel better?!

Hey! So sorry to hear you aren’t feeling well. I’m on nasal spray and just started oestrogen today for my ERA test. I’m feeling ok so far but I do often suffer with the headaches during an FET cycle. I do usually end up taking painkillers and then just doing the usual of drinking lots of water. I ve also made sure I take regular breaks from the screen when working. Hope you feel better soon x

Hi Catlady. All down to the drug reaction on your pituitary gland in the brain. Try drinking some extra water and rest when you can. Hope all goes well for you. Diane

Hi lovely, I'm on the same protocol and have also been getting headaches. I've just been drinking lots of water and raspberry leaf tea - also stepping away from my computer as much as possible to let my eyes unfocus. xx

I also got sick from the meds for the ERA, have snack when you take the meds it helps with feeling sick and as everyone said drink loads of water x

I think it’s the Buserelin. I’ve had a migraine today which I think is from that drug, I’m 8 days in. I felt very sleepy and achy the first 4 days and last night and night before I had bad headaches. The migraine sent me back to bed at 11.30am today for 2 hours sleep. That and paracetamol has helped me. I’m hoping lots of water stops a repeat of today 🤞🏻
