Yes I have used Inofolic Alpha (2 sachets per day on an empty stomach) and I recommend it. Where do you live?

Do you live in Nigeria currently? I asked because if you were local (London) i could give you what I have left.

I tried it for 2 months, after the first month it stopped my periods. They didn't come back until a couple months after I stopped using it.

It is a good option for PCOS eith insuline resistance. I took it and it improve things for not having periods at all for 20 years, to have 1 period in 4 years. Now, when you mix it with metformin (both myoinositol and metformin are insuline sensitisers), it works well. I have 1 year ovulating every month, still no pregnancy... so I had to return to IVF. So well by itself, no much change. With metformin, periods/ovulation back... but no pregnancy. But this is for PCOS with insuline resistance. For other problems it can be bad for your fertility. It just lowers insuline (and honestly, did not do much for mine). Some PCOS can actually be caused by adrenal glands problems... try to check your insuline first to see if it is a good option for you.
