I seem a lot more super regular now - 28 days every cycle. Not sure if it's due to the ubiquinol though. I take 400mg a day x

OK, thank you. I am a few days late and wonder if it is because of the effects of the IVF hormonal treatment in March, or something new in my routine such as the increase in ubiquinol.

After my last ivf in Nov my cycle got longer for a few months, only now gone back to 'normal', so perhaps it is due to your March treatment. It's so hard to know isn't it! x

No that round of egg collection gave us 6 embryos (one of which was my little boy) it did cause me impatience the month it was a week late as I wanted to get started on my IVF cycle 😂 it didn’t really agree with me in other ways too though so I stopped taking it after egg collection as I’m not sure it does much good once embryos are created xxx

Hi, I took ubiquinol, 300mg per day for over a year and it didn't change my cycle at all.

Hi, I'd have to say no but I'm over 40 and just trying naturally, hoping for a miracle as we'd love to give our daughter a sibling but no luck. Age is very much against me though, that's probably the biggest factor working against me, supplements can only do so much. I wish you the best of luck on your journey!!

I understand, I'm also over 40. It's difficult but I'm also hoping for a miracle. Thank you for taking the time to reply. All the best to you too!
