My 3rd transfer failed and broke my heart again 💔call the clinic for one appointment and one thousand questions in my head

So far I’ve taken Zita vitamin, ubiquinol, inositol, Maca root, vit D, DHA, folic acid

I am wondering now if I still need to take all of this for a frozen transfer? I read about NHP fertility support vitamins and I don't if I should give a go with this one's instead of Zita ( I've tucked them for egg quality more ). Or just take some ordinary multivitamins alongside with folic acid just?

How you are ladies getting ready for a frozen transfer?

Hi Frussy, I’m really sorry for your disappointments and heartbreak 😞 it truly sucks. We are at the same stage, my last bfn was my first fet. For my second one I am going to take 300mg (from now on) of ubiqunol, which I took pre fresh but not pre frozen. I also have wheatgrass everyday. As well as proxeed and folic acid. But in truth I’m not sure what helps, yet! What are NHP vitamins? Best of luck 🙏 xx

Really sorry to read your post. I can understand how hard this all must be for you. However, dont lose hope. I am sure things will get better. I would suggest that you get a second opinion on this. That really helps. Ask a more professional and experienced doctor about their say on all of this.
