Hey ladies!

So I’m just wondering if there is any recommendation for a multi vitamin? Or do you think that pregnacare etc are good enough quality? I’ve been reading different things and driving myself a bit mad trying to decipher what levels I should take of what!

Any recommendations very welcome, thank you xx

It depends on whether there are any particular issues you are looking to improve and how your body reacts. I only took pregnacare conception and that was fine for me, but I know other people haven't got on with the pregnacare and swear by other vitamins.

I've been taking Prenatal vitamins by "Natures Made" which has all of the right stuff. Of course I am open to reading other's opinions. XX

I take conceive plus multivitamins, I think they are much easier to take than pregnacare. No complaints with them so far

I take the pregnacare conception - I haven’t had another IUI cycle since I started taking them due to others things but I find them fine to take - I was recommended them by my clinic. I know some people struggle with them but I take them in the morning with my breakfast and I have no issues (apart from neon yellow urine after them! 😂)

Hi. The only thing I would say with a multi-vitamin is that the doses of certain vitamins is low and so if you have a specific issue it can be better to take separate supplements. Might be worth checking Vitamin D levels as I was surprised that was quite low and ended up needing to take a stronger version - I opted for a spray which I seem to absorb better. Good luck x

I take pregnacare conception but I also supplement with additional vitamin D, magnesium and also take Fish Oil with DHA x
