Which blood tests and when for a natural FET ?

I have my first natural FET soon and my notes only mention having a blood test on the day of ovulation testing for FSH, LH, E2 & progesterone.

It's not always obvious when I ovulate as I don't always get a Peak on the Clear Blue advanced monitor. So how will they know when day of ovulation is if they're only taking bloods after I've ovulated?
