Tips re Evorel patches

Hi all. I’m currently on a frozen embryo transfer and started on oestrogen patches on top of my buserelin. Anyone got any advice about the patches in terms of where to stick them to stop them falling off. Put one on yesterday and it was falling off today and had to change it.

Where did you put them? I was told to stick them on my lower back/bum. They were always fine there x

On my upper front thigh (which seems to stay) and the side of my hip (which didn’t). Thanks- will try those areas! X
