I've just started 2 Estraderm patches every 4 days in preparation for (hopefully) my first ever FET. I put them on my lower abdomen as my clinic advised. I'm not blessed with a flat stomach 😆 and the patches have only been on about 5 hours and already are slightly grey at the edges where they are not stuck down. At my scan today I showed a nurse who said it looked fine but I'm worried I won't get the proper dose as some of the edges are like this?
Has anyone else had this problem and if so, what did you do?

I have found with practice, putting them on slowly, peeling the backing as you go and applying a little pressure for it to stick works. Make sure the area is dry and no products used on the area. When I first put them on and they wont sticking properly, I used tape to stick around the edges. That worked.
I put them on the side of my thigh, check with your clinic/instruction leaflet if that is ok? It seemed the best place with the edges very rarely peeling back. Good luck x
