Estrogen patches residue

I’m preparing for the FET and using the patches. They leave glue residue that won’t come off in the shower. Any tips how to remove it easily?

Try oil, like baby oil or similar- it gets rid of wax residue on the skin I guess it will work for glue xxx

One of the ladies recommended baby oil with cotton wool pads...

I end up with a pink area from the rubbing, but the majority comes off, but it seems to take a while to totally disappear

yup, baby oil and cotton wool pads. Make sure you fully wash area with soapy water, as patches won't stick on an area that's been oiled. x

Also, I know they say/ recommend placing them in different places on your stomach etc, but I was on 3 patches and ended up putting them in almost the same places each time. It made ripping them off easier and less painful. Also, I needed space for my injections (clexane and lubion). Am 16wks pregnant now, so wishing you all the best. x
