Frustrated next ivf round is delayed

Hi everyone

My fertility clinic has referred me to a nutritionist, she’s done some bloods. I have borderline low white blood cells, ferritin, vit d (already supplementing) and high omega 6: omega 3 ratio. She has recommended a diet to follow, and more supplements (already on pregnacare max, vit D, DHEA, ubiquinol and royal jelly.) Apparently the omega ratio can effect egg quality- my eggs aren’t great and a decrease in the omega ratio 6:3 can reduce the effects of my endometriosis. She wants to delay my next round of ivf until July. I know it’s the right thing to do, just feel a bit down about it.

Has anyone had their omega 6:3 ratio checked? Needed to alter their diet? And tips welcome

Sorry not experienced with this however hopefully someone else will have advice. I would say though that getting everything possible correct before your next shot would be much better. Xx
