Any advice appreciated

Laparoscopic Total Hysterectomy with stage 4 Endo excision 5 weeks ago, was wondering if anyone had tried with good results supportive underwear or clothing to help that "heavy, dragging" feeling in your tummy?!

Hi there. I haven’t had a hysterectomy but very much felt like I needed support after my last surgery. I found the postpartum recovery belt from Babygo helpful. I felt uncomfortable about buying from a place that sold maternity clothing, but had a lovely discussion with one of the team there and they also took their logo off the ankle of the postpartum leggings I bought there for me, completely free of charge.

I've been wearing cycling shorts the cotton ones at night and it's been so good and comfy.

I bought a cheap stomach belt from a well known online store. Cost about £8 - it’s great for holding me up straight. If you purchase one, check the sizing as my first order was kids size (even with the Velcro bit it wouldn’t fit)!

Do/did you get that heavy/dragging feeling when. Standing up/upright? Hoping it might help with that....
