hello all…

I had a hysterectomy and very large cyst removed a few weeks ago. My histology came back show atypical hyperplasia. I am now in my second menopause and waiting for hospital to let me know if it’s safe to take estrogen. Wondering if anyone has this and what do you take…

Thanks for reading 😊

Hi , I was diagnosed with it , it was found during total hysterectomy. They didn’t explain it to me I found it on my histology report , my GP said the hysterectomy would be classed as its treatment. What I gathered hormones play a large role in it developing. I would speak to your GP or consultant to make sure the type of hysterectomy you have had would have been its treatment .Take care x
