Laproscopy and hysterocopy

Hi all had a diagnostic laproscopy 19th June which removed some endo and a large cyst. Also had a hysteroscopy to remove polyps healing really well. Was told the only way to slow down recurrence of endo was to have coil or get pregnant. I've had so many issues with a variety of contraception and really reluctant and not quite ready for a child. Any advice for holistic help or things people have tried and worked would be amazing because I feel very lost.

Hi, I didn't get on well with hormone treatment either so looked into a range of other things to try. I found making changes to my diet made a big difference to my symptoms. I moved to more of an anti-inflammatory diet and also took out gluten and sugar which seemed to make my symptoms worse. We all react to different foods, but might be worth seeing if it makes a difference to you. I also found homeopathy helped me as well.
