I just got back from my laproscopy and my surgeon did not find Endo. I am worried now because I have no answer to my period pain.
my fatigue is real, my pain is real and I have had most symptoms of Endo since I was 9 years old and I still got a negative laparoscopy for endometriosis. I am heart broken. Does anyone have any suggestions or faced a similar situation?

Regardless of the findings, you've been through the mill - you have had anaesthesia and at least one incision and your body is going to be using a lot of energy to recuperate. Please take good care of yourself now.
There will be more knowledgeable people along to advise on next steps, you are definitely not the only person who has been through this. I am really sorry you're in this position. I know it must be really upsetting. Sending you all the best for a smooth recovery. Do not push yourself x
lap is much more details than an MRI. Theres no disputing surgical investigations. However, there are other things that can cause fatigue and abdo pain and hopefully she finds some answers
Adeno didn’t show up during my lap and i was sent for a follow up MRI to see if that was a factor (as well as extensive endo that was found). Given its period related adeno may be a factor, but yes other disease and factors could be the cause.
