Does anyone have any tried and tested methods to help with the bloating, please? I take mebeverine for IBS symptoms but, for me (I know this isn’t a one size fits all) it doesn’t do anything for the endo & adeno bloating.
Pain is off the charts and very little being done but I hoped, hoped someone might know some remedies &/or solutions for this.

My bloating has flared up again. I look three months pregnant with a single meal! I was just scanning the Web for anything...I found rosemary water. Don't know if was coincidence but my bloating went down a lot soon after drinking. Trying to have one cup a day now. It is anti inflammatory and is generally known to be food for you. But avoid if pregnant or breastfeeding. I put a few fresh springs in boiling water in a coffee percolator so the bits don't end up in the cup and add a mint tea bag. I really hope you feel better soon. Bloating is underrated as a symptom x
