I had my MRI at the start of the year and now waiting for surgery, does anyone know if this will help with the bloating ? Mines is excessive and so uncomfortable but not sure if the surgery will help this or not ? Someone told me it would only help with the pain

Hi AG12xx,I was having the same bloating issue particularly the day my menses started. I am following a diet that it is really working at least on that. I don't eat wheat and gluten anymore and avoid as much sweets as possible. Also I don't eat cheese. The results were fast on the bloating issue, after one month I saw the bloating almost disappeared. My pain on my left leg also had decreased significantly. I am hoping this diet plus other supplements will help me with my endo and adenomyosis.
yes it will absolutely get rid of the bloating…..I spent at least two years straight where my stomach would start out flat in the morning and after the smallest bite of food would start to bloat….by the end of everyday my stomach would look nine months pregnant it would be so big it was agonizing I felt like I couldn’t even breathe and I lived with a heating pad on my stomach it even hurt to bend over to put on shoes….I couldn’t wear any sort of waist band for years because of this ….my doctor told me it wasn’t related to endo but I had read that it is as there is even a name for it endo bloat…..but after the surgery this is gone I still have some days that I get bloated but it’s not nearly as bad
your welcome 🙂 I know how miserable it is ….also dairy is a trigger for my endo bloat ….before my surgery I couldn’t eat it all and after surgery there are certain times of the month where dairy is a trigger mostly around my period time (I had hysterectomy but kept my ovaries two years ago when I had my endo surgery but still have a monthly cycle without the bleeding)
unfortunately after my excision surgery and coil fitting my bloating is worse. I have cut out dairy and gluten and still have times where bloating is horrendous and can’t seem to understand the trigger. Don’t think it helps that I have a period every 2 weeks. My poor body never seems to get a rest from inflammation.
