Awful abdo pain 4 weeks after lap

Hi all

I’ve woken up today with the worst abdominal pain, it is bringing me to tears how painful it is. I had my lap 4 weeks ago and they found endo around my rectum and uterosacral ligaments. I was suffering with right sided abdo pain prior to my surgery which subsided until today and I don’t know what to do.

I spoke with my consultant last week as I haven’t stopped bleeding since the op - which is still the case and he put it down to a normal side effect of POP. However I was taking the pill 2 months prior to my surgery with no irregular bleeding.

I don’t want to ring the hospital and make a fuss again incase it’s nothing but the pain is unbearable today and I’m not sure if it’s normal after a lap.

Any help or advice would be appreciated xx
